A Note to the Original BUCK Developer
BUCK was launched in 2018 by its original developer. After the original project infrastructure became unavailable, community members undertook the work of restoring and maintaining the network beginning in 2021.
We acknowledge and respect the work that made BUCK possible.
The project has continued through independent maintenance, infrastructure costs, development efforts, mining participation, and community support.
If the original developer wishes to reconnect, share historical information, or contribute to BUCK's future, we warmly welcome that conversation.
Our intention is to preserve BUCK's history, recognize its contributors, and continue developing the project transparently.
This invitation does not imply that a formal transfer of ownership or authorization occurred. The original software license and applicable third-party license obligations remain separate from this historical statement.
